It encompasses an indoor market with 24 permanent vendor stalls, up to 40 farmers market shed stalls, a 5,000-square-foot restaurant, and 4,500 square feet of retail space. Educational and office spaces are integrated into the design, fostering learning and community growth.

The rooftop greenhouses exemplify the LEED Gold-certified market’s commitment to sustainability. The complex also boasts a demonstration kitchen, a 5,000-square-foot incubator kitchen, a children's kitchen and banquet room, and meeting rooms for gatherings and events. Sustainability remains at the forefront, with features like stormwater design, energy optimization, and community connectivity contributing to a vibrant and environmentally-conscious urban landscape. During its first year, the market generated 215 new jobs and $5 million in retail sales.
