Charter Township of Texas New Township Hall

Progressive Companies was chosen to design and construct the new township office and council chambers for the Charter Township of Texas. Completed in 2023, the 11,000-square-foot facility successfully enhances accessibility and establishes a stronger presence in the downtown district. This $8.6 million project has become a valued public asset, featuring a newly designed community room available for public reservation. Progressive Companies provided comprehensive services, including architecture, interior design, and mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering, as well as construction management. The new facility exemplifies thoughtful design and functionality, supporting the township's vision for a welcoming and modern civic space that fosters community engagement and meets the growing needs of its residents.
