Progressive Companies was engaged by Boyne Country Sports, a premier regional specialty retailer for ski, snowboard and outdoor lifestyle equipment, apparel and accessories, to create a unique shopping experience capturing the brand essence. The shop is located at Breton Village, whose origins as a premium shopping center date back to the late 1960s. The shopping center underwent a significant renovation and repositioning in 2016, transitioning into a vibrant open-air shopping destination.
At over 12,800 square feet, the store is one of the larger locations in the brand’s portfolio and utilizes heavy timber and natural authentic materials to convey a sense of connectivity to nature and the outdoor environment. Merchandise is strategically placed throughout the space with custom designed millwork displays, specialty lighting and technology, digital graphics, and video displays throughout to provide an immersive shopping experience aligned with Boyne Country Sports’s brand culture.
