The RedStone project is a dynamic mixed-use retail center in South Carolina's thriving Indian Land area. Situated within walking distance of Red Ventures' corporate campus, Progressive Companies designed RedStone to seamlessly extend the company's dynamic atmosphere, emphasizing walkability to foster a community feel between the spaces. Designed as an open-air town center, RedStone promotes a vibrant work-live-play aesthetic, anchored by the 14-screen Stone Theatres Cineplex and complemented by a diverse array of shops and restaurants. The center's green space, connected to the cinema by a walkway, enhances the work-live-play experience, providing a venue for events, farmer's markets, and outdoor concerts. With a thoughtful blend of retail, entertainment, and green spaces, RedStone embodies Progressive's forward-thinking approach to community development.
