Progressive Companies was entrusted with the design of a flagship store for Sunbelt Rentals, one of the largest equipment rental companies in the United States. This store, situated near the company's headquarters in Fort Mill, SC, was divided into two distinct buildings that cater to both residential and commercial customers. Notably, each building offers a direct view of the shop floor, enabling customers to inspect equipment and choose what best suits their needs. The store's layout prioritizes efficiency, functionality, and safety, while a prominent transparent corner entry floods the sales floor with natural light, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Progressive's design team successfully navigated the review board process and met the City of Fort Mill's requirements, all while preserving key branding elements for the client. Exterior materials were thoughtfully selected to enhance the building's aesthetics and ensure high visibility from nearby highways, underscoring Sunbelt Rentals' commitment to providing top-tier service.
