Modern Automotive revamped their Toyota of Winston-Salem dealership by replacing the former showroom with a new two-story 38,000 sq. ft. facility with showroom for ten display vehicles, sales support, multiple customer amenities, administration areas, four-bay new enclosed car delivery area and full-conditioned service reception for nine vehicles. This upgrade aligns seamlessly with Toyota's current brand.  

Prioritizing environmental stewardship, Modern incorporated 355 solar panels on the roof and unique tree-canopy charging stations, with advanced technologies. By designing to a green standard, this building produces cleaner indoor air, reduces carbon emissions, conserves water, and provides a healthier space for the occupants.

• The building is 24.4% more energy efficient.
• A 113kW solar array offsets 20.16% of energy usage.
• 79% of construction waste was diverted from the landfill.
• 18% of building materials have an environmental product declaration.
• Low-flow fixtures conserve an average of 20% more water.
