This expansion encompasses a 5,300-square-foot addition earmarked for a new spray dryer, along with two 10,000-gallon dryer feed tanks.

Kerry's Rochester facility specializes in the production of fermented ingredients. This includes lactic acid bacteria, vital for improving processed meat, and cultured dairy products, cultured ingredients designed to extend the shelf life of various products, and cultured dairy solids that lend stability to ice cream while enhancing its texture and flavor. This project reflects Kerry's commitment to innovation and underscores the company's dedication to expanding food ingredient production capabilities.
