Seth is a principal, senior project manager, trusted client liaison, and team leader. As a strategic thinker and change champion, Seth challenges the status quo and continually seeks a better path forward. He pushes himself to get out of his comfort zone to learn, grow, and master new competencies.

In addition to helping manage risk for Progressive Companies, Seth is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary design team of 50 professionals specializing in community-based projects such as higher education, government, transit, and worship. He has worked on notable projects such as the Bay Area Transportation Authority Operations Center, Brightmoor Christian Church, Eastern Michigan University Golf Training Center, Rapid Wealthy Operations Center, and the University of Notre Dame.

As a trusted advisor to West Michigan’s Interurban Transit Partnership (The Rapid) since 2006, Seth was instrumental in bringing to life the transit stations and operations centers that impact 23,000 customers daily throughout the Grand Rapids, MI area. His knowledge and experience led him to working with additional transit clients, including Capital Area Transportation Authority, Bay Area Transportation Authority, and Harbor Transit.

Seth is a subject matter expert on the rules and regulations surrounding FTA procurement. He has presented on sustainable center design at the American Public Transit Association’s Sustainability Conference in New York and has been published in "Mass Transit" magazine. He is a member of the Michigan Public Transit Association and has attended Quality Assurance/Quality Control in Transit Project – a course offered by the National Transit Institute.

“Learning as much as possible about my clients’ businesses enables me to provide strategically relevant solutions,” says Seth. “Not only does that lead to improved organizational outcomes, but it also builds trust.”
