Chris brings an ownership mindset to projects, ensuring the highest quality is met on behalf of the client and that the project is delivering on their strategic goals from design through construction. As one of Progressive's construction administrators, Chris supports quality control processes and analyzes feasibility and constructability issues during the design phase, reviewing working drawings during design development, providing technical expertise, and assisting in coordinating multidisciplinary work with our consultant team members. During construction, Chris ensures projects are being constructed as designed, working directly with the client to resolve any contractor-related issues and providing documentation through field reports. He reviews contractor progress billings, reviews shop drawing submittals for the architectural discipline, and responds to Requests for Information (RFI’s) and other related field questions.

“I like to provide a level of leadership to the construction team to ensure that communications between owner, contractor, and architect run smoothly,” says Chris. “I enjoy working alongside the client to ensure that we not only reach their goals and objectives but hopefully exceed their expectations through excellence.”
