Terry has 40+ years of construction experience across multiple platforms including owning his own commercial painting company, construction equipment sales-rental, and in-home sales of home improvement services. Terry excels at problem solving and has a keen eye for detail to ensure each step is completed properly. As a construction superintendent he has focused on hotel remodels, custom condominiums, and historic rehabilitation. Bringing an ownership mindset to each project, Terry builds trust with clients and contractors, ensuring timely and open communication and that the job is done right.

“I approach every project with the finish in mind from the beginning,” says Terry. “My beginning as a journeyman painter taught me the preparation steps that are necessary to deliver a satisfying end product.”
