Mary Van Skiver

Mary leverages more than 25 years’ experience in human resources and consulting roles to advance the firm’s talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning. Coupled with her financial experience as a public accountant (CPA) and with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Mary brings an eclectic perspective to problem-solving and creating roadmaps for pivotal moments of organizational change.  

With a holistic approach, Mary uncovers and aligns opportunities for an effective and sustainable business system, while connecting people with purpose. Whether it’s strategic planning, creating efficiencies, developing learning opportunities, or evolving policies, her focus on continuous improvement never waivers.

Instrumental in navigating the increasing complexity across the talent spectrum, Mary helps guide the implementation of new technologies to support data and reporting, develop partner relationships, connect with intention, and execute leadership training. Mary and her team are committed to championing new innovations, as well as driving existing initiatives to success.

In addition to her CPA and MBA credentials, Mary is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through Society for HR Management (SHRM) and HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) through Exit Planning Institute (EPI), and most recently as Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) through Plan Sponsor Council of American (PSCA).
