Latesha Lipscomb

Latesha is a passionate community connector dedicated to creating prosperity through thoughtful design and development. With a deep belief that the way communities are built directly influences how people live, work, and thrive, she excels at fostering authentic partnerships and innovative solutions in urban areas. Her relationship-driven approach is guided by the philosophy that “what’s from the heart, reaches the heart.”

As Director of Engagement & Relationships for Amplify GR, Latesha developed a robust engagement framework for the Boston Square Together initiative, fostering holistic, community-driven environments. Previously, she served as Community Engagement Project Manager for the City of Grand Rapids, leading the Heartside Quality of Life Study to enhance equitable urban outcomes through neighbor collaboration.

Latesha’s commitment extends to board service with organizations such as HealthNet of West MI and the Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. Citizen’s Alliance Committee, embodying what authentic community leadership looks like.
