As a registered architect and urban designer with almost 10 years of experience, Joy connects strategy to solutions by first understanding the "why" behind a community’s goals, objectives, values, and identity. She then ensures the "why" remains central to the design process, inspiring the highest levels of creativity, informed decision-making, and unique problem solving.

With a passion for urban planning and creative placemaking, Joy enthusiastically dives into engagement to help shape human-centered spaces and places. After all, people are at the heart of everything we do and it’s critically important to bring them along in the process. Through meaningful dialogue, relationship building, and clear, concise graphic representation, Joy drives projects to succeed in a fun and enjoyable way.
