Anne Driesenga

Anne is a senior project manager with a professional focus in the development of shopping centers. Her interest in design led her to work with national developers in the commercial real estate industry. In 1998, Anne interviewed in the office of one of the Presidents of Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (CBRE), the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, in Newport Beach, California. She wanted to use the design education she had received at Michigan State University, and was willing to start in whatever position she was offered, kickstarting her experiences in commercial real estate. Over 25 years asking many on-the-job questions and learning from the best resources in design architecture, engineering, and construction, she grew her expertise in the development and construction of shopping centers. As a senior project manager, Anne brings all her education and experiences as an owner representative to clients developing their projects.

“In understanding the organization that is essential from the beginning of a project, I am confident in knowing what will save the developer time and expense,” says Anne. “There is nothing more satisfying than working from the planning stages through design and construction of a project, to see it open as a successfully completed part of a community.”
